Any pricing information, estimates, or recommendations provided by Fair Price Roof are for informational purposes only. Actual costs may vary based on project details, materials, and contractor pricing. Fair Price Roof does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates or the outcomes of contractor bids.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Fair Price Roof does not process or handle payments between users and contractors. All financial transactions and agreements are conducted directly between the user and the contractor, and Fair Price Roof is not responsible for any payment-related disputes.

All content, features, functionality, and technology on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Fair Price Roof and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
